FABRISAN is a specialized carpet sanitiser and deodoriser designed to address challenging odors in carpets and fabrics. It is particularly effective at neutralizing persistent urine odors and restoring carpets damaged by flood or water. FABRISAN has been tested and approved by a leading global carpet fiber manufacturer and is safe for use on all carpet types and stain-resistant coatings. It adheres to the Australian Standard AS3733-1990 for carpet cleaning and is internationally patented.

How It Works:

FABRISAN features a unique blend of natural biocidal oils and is fully biodegradable. It leaves a dry, crystalline residue on carpets and fabrics, which does not re-soil. The patented blend of natural oils is gradually released into the carpet for up to a week after application, offering extended protection against mold and fungal growth.

FABRISAN dries through a technology that encapsulates soils into the crystalline residue, allowing for safe vacuum removal. This process prevents re-soiling and redeposition, permanently removing odor-causing materials within the encapsulated soils.

Detecting and Treating Urine:

1. Use an ultraviolet (black light) at night to locate urine deposits in carpets and fabrics. Urine will fluoresce under UV light, making it detectable.
