For Use On…
LAUNDRY EMULSIFIER is a fully surfactant rich liquid detergent made for industrial, institutional, and commercial laundries where washing machines are supplied by Automatic Liquid Detergent Feed Systems.
It is suitable for cleaning heavily soiled laundry including whites, coloureds, cottons and synthetics.
Application
LAUNDRY EMULSIFIER is designed to be dispensed by the Agar Laundry Liquid Automatic Feed System. This electronic equipment utilises pumps which are activated by the washing machine at appropriate points in the wash cycle. This system is safe because it does away with manual handling of chemicals, and economical because the correct quantity is measured out every time.
The quantity of LAUNDRY EMULSIFIER to be used depends on the size of the machine and its load, the type of garments, the degree of soiling, the wash temperature and dip levels.
LAUNDRY EMULSIFIER should be used by adding it to the cold break along with LAUNDRY BREAK. It should be added at the rate of 100ml per 50kg of wash load.
Water Temperature: Use COLD water for bleeding colours, pleated garments, blood, protein, or chocolate stains. Use WARM water for nylons, polyesters, acrylics, permanent press and colourfast colours. Use HOT water for cottons (white and pastels), heavily soiled or oily clothes.
